thankfully that big marquee/iceberg has finally gone/melted !
our fans couldnt see us in the field so its been slim pickings, you know all the healthy stuff the bossy woman tries to feed us with !
healthy - yes yummy - not !
rupert and i ended up going head to head over the last gingernut yesterday and trust me it wasn't a pretty sight !
just started chilling out after the big party and we get a night full of girly pink skies.
now as you all know, im a modern type of bloke, in touch with me feminny side and all that pavlova (you have to the girls just love it !) but pink skies ??
we all know a red sky delights shepherds but a pink sky really does have a lot to answer for ........
madge donned her 3d glasses and played the theme from close encounters on triggers stylophone "just to be on the safe side" she said. whats that all about ??
jill and jenny frantically tried to match their new lipsticks to the ever changing colours of the sky , well that wasnt worth it !
tim decided he fancied a mohican in a nice shade of pink.....he must have been watching CBB !
rupert looked a bit pink in the face not sure if it was embarrassment or just a reflection !
i was finally convinced the marquee that wasnt an iceberg really wasnt an iceberg when it turned a strange shade of pink !
note to self...........get mulder and scully's number in the remote chance madge has got it right ....as if !
just been wondering past the big marquee that i thought was an iceberg yesterday (imagine a blushing donkey here !)
looks like folks were having a smashing time ....
...lots of hangovers tomorrow me thinks !

Hello folks,Rupert (eric's brother, aka, the sensible donkey ! ) here.
No need to panic, there's no iceberg, it's simply a rather large Marquee that has been erected to host a bit of a do and a BBQ at the Caravan Park over the fence tomorrow !
Oh and sorry Madge, there's no celebs on park at the moment !
Now could somebody please help me get Eric out of his boat !

theres a blooming big iceberg heading our way !!
so glads my jill has percy-vered in her quest for to make us all yummy gingernut slushpuppies since the temperatures rising once more.
course i had to calm wombat, maddie and millie down as they thought they were heading for a down fall of dirty snow..in august.............silly dogs.
anyhows back to the slushie, parrently my jill had to get a few tips from lucy.
not sure that was the best idea shes ever had but heres the outcome.
ok its not the colour i thought it would be but there is a gingernut and there is ice so she wont be getting done by the trade discriptions act any time soon..........
course i had to ask why theres half a plum tomato hanging off the side of the glass............couldnt find any marrychina cherries was the reply !
note to self.........must find out who percy is and why anyone would want to marry a chinese cherry !
me thinks my dear brother rupert is suffering from sunstroke !
while chatting to him this morning i mentioned how fab the weather was and how lovely all the folks over the fence are bringing us endless amounts of gingernuts (oops make that healthy veg just in case bossy woman is reading this) .........and what more could a donkey ask for ............
